Returns and Refund Policy

For online returns a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind or incorrect purchases. (This is for stock items)
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. You must provide your order number and either return it in store or send it to 32 Spencer St, Five Dock 2046 NSW at your own cost. You will have 30 days as of the order date to do so.
Items that have to be ordered in our suppliers charge us a 35% restocking fee to return which will be deducted from your refund.
Some items are custom made and will be non-refundable.
For all items you will be asked to check a tick box to confirm your understanding and provide your agreement.

 

Delivery & Collection

For standard delivery most orders we have a flat-rate $10 – $20inc (Depending on location in Sydney). GST delivery charge Australia-wide.
Due to the size and weight of some items a higher delivery charge may apply. This charge may vary depending on how bulky and heavy the items are as well as quantity, but is only applied once per order.
Deliveries will take 1-4 business days for standard deliver using Australia Post. We can also offer a same day delivery using Allied Express or Uber at additional cost.
For orders outside of the Sydney area and in NSW may take 3-7 days depending on location.
For orders in other states of Australia or other countries you will need to contact us for further information.
